Please don't ever overdo the Tylenol like that - I know folks who ended up on dialysis that way - from accidental ODs. Two extra strength is the most you should ever take at a time.
If the pain is that bad get to an ER where they can give you something for pain. Or go to a walk in clinic.

It's a good idea to have clove oil in the house too - most drug stores now carry it btw. I wish I'd known about that hack back in the day.

And ice pack or a hot pack to the face might have helped you too.

If you need more out of your Tylenol try the one for migraine pain - it has caffeine and aspirin in it. But don't mix it with other NSAIDS.

Clamp a clothes pin on your finger tips till you find the right one that stops the path of pain from your tooth to your brain. It really works for a while

Get some of that oil or lidocaine, bite down on it, idk, seems to help. Eventually they’ll rot out and not hurt anymore.

Get some CLOVE OIL, from a health food store. It has tO be pure clove oil.
Use a qtip and dab it on the aching tooth and gums.
That will take away the pain.

Cotton seed oil from CVS or Walgreen's.

Alternate: 1 gram of Tylenol, 3 hours later, 600mg of ibuprofen, 3 hours later, 1000mg (1g) Tylenol, repeat. Taking tylenol and ibuprofen together, or within two hours, they cancel each other out. This regimen is the equivalent of vicodin; I used it for three days waiting to get in for root canal.

And as one person said, Oil of Clove can be helpful.
