Regarding my quarantine activities I have been taking my dog out for a run at least every other day you don't walk Jack Russell terriers you have to run them even though he is 10 years old. I am trying to take care of myself following successful oral cancer treatments, doing exercises shown to me by my wonderful therapists. I am raising holy hell on Facebook as usual, adding two or three new friends a day to spice up that stew.

I would love to crack out my Penny Whistle and give my thousand song O'Neill's Music of Ireland compendium a working out for the first time in a long time, but I don't think my apartment neighbors would appreciate that - they are already getting accustomed to my little dog who barks a little bit before I shut him down. At the dog park he is able to run for miles and bark all he wants to for an hour and a half -often at nothing , just barking for the sheer Joy of it.

At the HQ for Z’s Experimental Primitive Foods (R&D Division), our intern has been a marvelous contributor! Here he is, validating an improved rosemary dehydration process (poor thing’s been collecting data all night!).

Meanwhile, we have been working with various herbs and greens from our yard, optimizing recipes for new salads, soups, and teas. What can I say? It’s keeping us busy, and sane. (;

I think it is possible that you may have been in isolation too long already. Just saying.
