I'm back for a few days. I had to take a break from the pain of others. There comes a time in your life that your philosophy is only explaining colors to a blind person. You understand that your comments won't make a difference. They're only who, what and why, feels a certain way. I did miss my friends and I'm looking into some of their answers to specific questions. I am looking forward to seeing growth from other members.

Glad you're ok and I love your POV "explaining colors to a blind person". Best wishes to you Bob.

Thank you...

Taking breaks is often necessary to one's sanity, when dealing with the internet.

That is draining. Welcom back.

What questions do you need answered specifically? As Jesus said..."ask and you shall receive."
And as my teacher said...the stupid question is the one you failed to ask.

Hi Nick... ok... How do you keep a friend and not over power them with logic?

@BucketlistBob Don't be the guy that does all the talking. Give your friend a chance to speak his mind while you listen

@BucketlistBob Oooo that's a good one. I sometimes pull back with my friend. I've known him for 11 years now and there are times when I want to go off on some of the things he says and does, but I control myself. You just have to try and recognize it when it happens and be tolerant of what they believe. Think about it in your head before you say something. Think about the consequences of what you will say in how you think it might offend them.

@Piece2YourPuzzle Good points....you know that old saying...." You have just one mouth but two ears "" ...so listen twice as much as talking.
