Life is an attitude, at any age. I think as you get older, it becomes more difficult depending on your health. Even still, attitude goes a long way.

My father-in-law, a very positive-thinking man, was still running up three flights of stairs when he was 92. Slowed down a bit now, having some circulation problems at 95.

Attitude may not be everything, but it is a lot

Age is mind over matter, if you don't mind it doesn't matter.

She is what I would call a super cougar (and it looks like she is on the prowl)!

I don't think my knees and my back would agree with that message. 🙂

In my neighborhood 80's and 90's are really common. I've had the privilege of knowing many people who functioned well, even worked up to and near their second century. Some of them you'd probably know.

It's both, actually.

I am 80 and it is absolutely both. I will state, age is not the problem, it is the complications that accompany it.

Agreed, it’s both. If all someone does is talk about how old they’re getting, they are only hastening the process.

Love her-she's right age is a state of mind.

And now she is my new hero as well. Thanks! 🙂

You're very welcome. My late wife, had she lived as long, would have been much the same as she
