I live in Australia, no state focus on religion, where the U.S. keeps moving more toward being a theocracy.
So far as the evangelicals are concerned, or anyone who knocks on your door, the Aussie term "god botherers" fits very nicely. I wish is was a crime to proselytize, practice what you want, but don't bother anyone with the B.S.
