If anyone is confused, "cilantro" is the name usually used for coriander leaves in the US. Americans usually reserve the word "coriander" for the spice from the seeds. But it's all the same plant.

I sprinkle a little cilantro on my veggies every evening at dinner. It is supposed to be very healthy.

@MissKathleen Do you remember when you were in school and learned about Christopher Columbus they told you he was trying to find a short cut to Asia to get spices? So what was the big deal about spices? Did they like spicy food? NO....spices raise the level of testosterone in men and estrogen in women. It was all about sex.
@nicknotes It was also about preserving food. Heavily spiced food will not spoil, if done right.
@nicknotes I heard he was on his way to India when he landed in America and when he saw the first Natives, he immediately called them Indians and that's how it happened. ...and the Portuguese were after the black gold ie black pepper.

Do you have a problem with weight. If I had access to good Mexican food I would weigh as much as a small elephant. And I would be proud of it.
