My sleep’s been f-ed up as long as I can remember, made worse by the nightmares and night time hallucinations that my migraine meds cause. Eating has been MUCH healthier than ever as I am avoiding restaurants and junk food from the grocery, and have the time to prepare wholesome food from scratch.

It hasn't affected my sleep habits. I was going to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning and getting up at 9 or 10 before and since the pandemic. I am eating too much.

Sleeping very well, thanks, due to a new (Sleep Comfort) bed. And pets on/under the sheet. How about you, Doggie?

I eat and sleep just fine. 🙂

I am sleeping great. No TV news and only a little NPR news in the morning. Bedroom cool, dark and not distracting electronics aside from a clock radio. I have developed a habit and refuse to let tRump and his idiot enablers interrupt my sleep. They will not win.
