Yesterday I gave some of my batch number '4.0' Pea and Ham soup to my Lady Friend, Tracey to try and give me her 'critique' of it.
She just rang me and told me that is was, in her opinion it was,

  1. very very tasty,
  2. extremely filling and my recommendation of pouring it, hot, over a minced steak and mushroom pie instead of a plain minced meat pie was a great innovation, and finally,
  3. given that she was very glad that she was sleeping alone last night, my soup was, in her words, very inflatulencing......LOL.
Oops, I guess next time I should ONLY use ONE chopped Onion instead of two....LOL.

Yum. Last time I made that I inadvertently left it where the rottie could get to it. Have you ever seen a rottie that was so full he couldn't move but lay on his back with legs in the air. I didn't know whether to laugh or be furious.

Oh yeah, I once saw my Blue Heeler, Charlie, as full as that after he devoured a full leg of lamb that had been given to him.
It WAS meant to last him for at least a week or 2 but I needed to do "what a man's gotta do" urgently and didn't think that he'd help himself....LOL.
