We all have lied on occasion. But, for the vast majority of us, when we do, our conscience tugs at us and makes us feel bad. But for the Idiot Trump it an entirely different story. Fr him, he does not know how NOT to lie. And, because he is a socippath, he has no conscience to place limits on his lying. In fact, I believe that in the nearly four years he has been in office, Trump has lied more times that all of our other presidents did in all of their lifetimes combined.
I also believe that those who support him know that he is lying incessantly. They just do not care, as he gives them something they want -- legitimizing their hatred and racism, protecting their unearned privilege, the co-mingling of religion and politics to give religion undue power, the exercise of avarice by greedy individuals and companies.

The evanglicals elected Trump to reverse Roe, but have been utterly accepting regarding his treason, corruption and moral depravity. They will never, ever, be able to say they have a moral high ground with a straight face. And no one hearing them should bother to stifle their laughter.

Today he proclaimed that our climate will start cooling down soon, apparently without using science. Just like the 15 coronavirus reported cases in February were just going to go down to zero, in the next week, like a miracle.
I have loved ones who ardently support everything he says. I think it's because they only watch one channel of news and ignore everything else.

I'm going to guess someone one told him the sea level rise would make the earth more reflective and cause it to cool down. At that point he immediately stopped listening and missed the bit about "in a million years" and "after the human race is extinct".
@prometheus I'm surprised he doesn't suggest that everyone turn up their Air Conditioners, or lower their thermostats to combat global warming.
I firmly believe that all Trump supporters know that he is an incorrigible liar, but just can not admit it. .
