Your second paragraph especially sounds like the only Trumpette I know well. Never has anyone done so little with so much. She squandered everything she inherited from her wealthy parents, bankrupted 3 husbands, bragged about being the smartest person in high school, yet, took so many drugs that she flunked out of college. She is now an opioid addict whose highlight of the evening is watching "My 600 Pound Life". What a waste.

I don't know about insane, some are for sure, but mostly lacking the critical thinking skills and objective information to realize a) Trump has done nothing for almost all of them, b) contrary to everything they have been told Obama never took their guns, Trump is not a Christian, c) Trump and his org have committed multiple prosecutable offenses that Obama or Hillary would have been impeached and kicked out of office for, d) Panama is full of the same brown people they loath and despise now (but has a pretty corrupt government so I guess they would love that).

Martinelli pushed deals for the wealthy, for the Canadian Mining companies, push back of environmental laws, rules, and regulations, also the Airport expansion and buying unsuitable buses to replace the private own Diablo Rojos which Martinelli made sure they were over paid in the millions to buy them out! The new Metro system which was had overtly dubious financing!
Martinelli also built up the National Police into a fascist militias similar to the old Panamanian Defense Force(PDF) which was disbanded after the US invasion of 1989!
Martinelli used Illegal spying and wiretaps, jailing of political rivals along with his sons receiving overtly large bribes, unlimited collusion with drug cartels, and massive international money laundering!!!
