These incredibly selfish mask-refusers are making it dangerous to get a broken bone, fall, get cut, have chest pain, or anything else that requires emergency care, for 2 reasons:

  1. The place is overwhelmed phyically & mentally, you/your complaint will not be a priority.
  2. Once seen, you will be in a closed area heavily-saturated with Covid-infected people, being touched & breathing the same air as people attempting to care for you.

Frankly, if something happens to me,i am going to fix it myself with duct tape and aspirin.
WEAR A MASK, PROPERLY!

Emergency Rooms these days are much more of a last-ditch decision for people needing that kind of care. Almost better to call for an ambulance which, while it will cost more, will likely get you past the waiting room.

  1. young thought they were invincible
  2. management started not caring- the work went on.
  3. wash or acquire CLEAN masks DAILY
I want ALL Americans to come through this
and science will do this - not hokus/pokus and wishful
    dreaming.

I'm due for my second shingle shot and wishing I could find some place that would do it outside.

I got mine at Costco, they put you in a private room at mine. But I kind of think you have to get #2 from the same place you got the first one? And don't wait too long or you have to start all over.

There's always going to be potential contact in any situation where you've been near other humans.
Even a Gethub delivery guy that's wearing a mask could give you a bag of food with just enough viruses to infect you. It only takes a few people that don't take things serious to dramatically increase the risk for everyone, even those trying very hard to be responsible. I find a cavalier attitude to PPE and common sense to be more insulting then hate speech because that's all it is, weaponized hate speech.

Yes, I must admit I was much more careful at wiping things over and alcohol gelling my hands at the beginning. But having partner that goes out to work every day has made me complacent as I identify him as my major threat of contamination!

@girlwithsmiles If you get it it might not have even come from him, but you'll blame him.
I would too, no judgment.

@Willow_Wisp it’s the sad thing about living with your partner. I really love him, but the amount of times I think he’s done something and then I find, oops it had slipped down the back of the cupboard and had been there all along, for example 🙂 Luckily I rarely voice my inner thoughts, I try not to sweat the small stuff, and have lots of precedence of making mistakes 😂

Here’s hoping you don’t need their services for the duration of the pandemic 😷

Right back atcha!

They are antisocial, angry people. They should be denied medical care and a vaccine so they can die off. Seriously. Irresponsible behavior should come with consequences paid by THEM not us.
