It is so bad here traveling nurses quitting because of unsafe conditions in North Dakota. [valleynewslive.com]

Edit:

For clarity, I have absolute respect for all nurses including those that choose to live rather then risk lifelong sickness and/or an early death in heroic efforts to mitigate the folly of many a tRump sniffing anti-masker. Earlier quote from our republican gov "I don't think a mask mandate would be effective in North Dakota. . . "

This link is intended to shine a light on the broken system, not those who risk their lives in an attempt to keep it afloat.

NURSES ARE only Human just like the rest of US.
And yet there are so many out there that literally EXPECT them to work both miracles and NEVER to tire, get ill, etc, etc.
The Covid Pandemic IS a fully fledged Battleground and the nurses ARE the Front-line in this battle, respect them, thank them, appreciate them and, most important of all, Protect them by Protecting yourselves and ALL others around you.

It's absurd. It's like these medical workers are being drafted or held hostage in a war, in which they have to provide medical care to members of the enemy forces, due to their professional ethics. How I wish the medical professions would allow exceptions to their ethics rules for Covid so these dedicated innocent workers could refuse to treat the morons who are recklessly and selfishly spreading this virus. Because if this were allowed to happen, you can bet your ass once word of it got out, the morons would start wearing masks and being much more careful if they knew the medical workers and hospitals would not be there to save them or bail them out. (sigh.)

My oldest daughter is a nurse and she quit her job at a big care center once the pandemic came on strong. The nursing center did not seem safe and they had to re-use some equipment that was actually throw away.
