The social sites will could well be our down fall. If they all went away I would be okay with that. One day it will have to be regulated. Everything has to be regulated concerning human behavior. This is why we have to have laws. This has to be because HUMAN BEINGS SUCK!

So in a Facebook group arguing the Earth is flat, or that Democrats kill children to drink their blood to stay young forever, and that Trump won the election he lost, and shutting it down is "Extremely Aggressive Internet Censorship"?
Really?
Look if people don't fact check or exercise any form of self restraint they have to be censored by someone else, otherwise they fulfill an agenda that benefits themselves at the cost of everyone else.
The danger is of course someone like Trump gaining control of the censorship mechanism and shoving us back into the dark ages.
Don't build weapons your enemies can use against you.
We just have to walk this tight rope.

"Poland blocked human rights sites; India same-sex dating sites"

@FearlessFly I know I went to the link, the censorship race is on. Will lies and misinformation win or will fascist control the narrative. It's a fight over truth and there's assholes intent on defining reality. I prefer to let reality define itself.
