Chief Justice of South African Court

[news24.com]

This is the Chief Justice of the Court in South Africa who's job is to seek out evidence over matters or cases at hand. ...but unapologetic about his sky daddy that he's never seen.

These people don't realise that their places in the public mean they can easily sway the minds of people

As if we didn’t have enough of an issue with anti-vaxxers already 🤦♀️

Bloody sky faeries, enemies of reason

@Sofabeast "enemies of reason" ...exactly that 👍

Well the good thing is, his prayers like everyone else’s, are just hot air. And the people he puts at risk are going to be his supporters as much as anyone else. Unless he can stop the vaccine from coming into the country.

He's a public figure and got a lot of answering to do. He's not a medical professional or an expert on vaccines or an epidemiologist for that matter. His prayer carries no grounds publicly since we have various religious groups in the country for him to favour his personal religion.

He been confronted with facts. He's made no apology.

Unless atheists win power, none of our side efforts, complains and whining is going to work. Christianity and Islam spread because they made emperors, kings adopt their faith. Hinduism did not break out beyond their land in spite of being the oldest but Buddhism spread only because of patronage of kings.

It is time that FFRF and all other anti-religion organization begin getting powerfully funded and they start making their voice known in all government affairs at all levels... from school boards to Congress/parliaments to presidents and prime ministers including all courts.

@St-Sinner what you've said is very true. I agree 👍

In my opinion he could've went to his church to pray instead of making his personal prayer National News. National News that would become International News in Atheist and Agnostic circles.

His statements are no worse than what many Evangelical leaders over in the US are spewing out on their public forums.

@Barnie2years those sickening sermons!!!
