Tried Holy Men, too bloody tough and stringy for my refined tastes (LOL).
Fresh, new-born or breast-fed Christian Babies are the very best.
I'm planning on having one slowly roasted over hot coals, seasoned with garlic, onion, and 11 spices and herbs, stuffed with a mixture of crumbled bread from a Sufi Bakery, shredded ham and bacon, diced Capsicum, Paprika and a wee dash of Brandy when mixing it all together.
