As I made my beef liver, okra, mushroom and onion stir fry for lunch.....I wondered, do many people still eat organ meat?

If so, what do you like? How do you prepare it?

I love beef liver and onions. I grew up eating beef heart, tripe, and tongue. I would eat them today, but my wife would not. Also, today you cannot find those in grocery stores

Just saw tongue at grocery store.never tried it. Never had beef heart, but do love chicken heart.

I play the organ. Does that count? 😀

Sure, it’s all good 😀

Nope. I find the smell off-putting.

For those that enjoy it though, good for you! There's no sense in letting it go to waste, after all.

I rarely eat meat, and I haven't eaten organ meats in years and years.
