I know this to be true from talking to a friend in Mexico. Americans don't wear masks usually, and act like they own the place.

I'd hazard to say that it is not actually the Americans themselves as persons that are given the impression of being unwelcome in most countries, both during this pandemic and prior to it, BUT in many cases IT IS their attitudes towards peoples who are NOT americanized.
PLUS, it never ceases to confound me that America/Americans seem to have concept that THEY can go into Mexico at ANY time they like BUT do NOT want Mexicans to enter the United States of Absurdity.

Canada has already listed Proud Boys as a terrorist organization.

I wonder should the State Department and private think tanks reach out to other governments like of Mexico and all others around the world to list all White Supremacists and everybody involved in the Capitol Riots to deny visas and entry into their countries?

Conservatives have done an effective job of screwing progressives for decades, so why should we be nice? This is the time to extinguish them off for ever.
