I know you are correct, but I hate arguments that start with "both". Its all to common a way to avoid taking a firm stand. Problems are not always equally shared by "both" sides. Behavior is not necessarily a binary activity.

@t1nick My comment was an argument, it was clearly a statement. Additionally by say "both" it should have been clear to you that I agreed the Republican Party had intellectual lightweights, because the Republican Party was part of "both".

I take a firm stand that BOTH parties are horrible representatives of the people.

They have the kind of IQs that reject science, which I reject as evidence of vast intellect.
More like a fast talking con man that feels way more than he thinks.
He might not even believe the things he says, but it will not matter just so long as everyone stays convinced he does believe it all.
He's painted himself in a corner using incompetence and populist stupidity.

Both sides of the political spectrum seem to think that stupid is appropriate for anyone that thinks differently than themselves. I think stupid is an inappropriate description in almost every instance. Evil, shrewd, manipulative, criminal, self-centered and selfish come to mind instead of stupid.
