These ideas make perfect sense to me, and this past year would have been a good time to change to this new system, since every day is a bit of a blur anyway.

Before we consider trying to get the whole world to change their calendars, let's think about changing our own standards to use metric system.

Why?

High schoolers were being tested on the metric system 25 years ago. I was tutoring the slow learners among them.
