Why is it okay to wish death on some, but not others? Ex: Wishing Osama bin Laden death...no problem, wishing Rush Limbaugh, Obama, or The Pope death...outrage.
It isn't trying to kill them. It is just hoping that they die. I'm ok with that. There are some people who are so toxic, that it would be good if they were gone. I suppose there will always be terrible people n the world, but, if they would just be gone, it would be good.
We need to be more honest.
It seems quite likely that a body found on our beach 3 weeks back was a guy I worked with briefly. The way he was going it may not be a bad thing, and really wasn't surprising. Sometimes my only sense of justice in this life has been the fact that I am still alive and some others are not.
In summary, I often wish other people would just die or at least disappear from my world.
I don't wish for anyone's death, in the case of bin Laden and Limbaugh, I didn't/woudn't cry at their funerals.
In my opinion death is the easy way out for the condmend, life in prison, especially if confined with no contact other than your guards seems a harsher punishment, segregation but not solitary confinement.
Wishing death on someone, hmmmm, okay. But wishing LIFE on someone, now THAT’S the stuff nightmares are made of, lol!
