Since I was a kid, I have not littered, and most caring people don't. I was punched in the face because I picked up litter a man tossed onto the parking lot, and I threw it in the trash in front of him. He got out of his car and hit me in the face. I was 18.
I have been writing for years that one hundred million dollar Mega Mansions for 5-6 humans is a disgrace. I lobbied for smaller homes for all. But, nope, they don't want to know.
Government Regulations on small home sizes are bad for business. Mega Churches. Biggie size everything! Then toss it out. Besides killing animals and the yuck factor for me, I gave up meat when I read what cows did for the environment and my body decades ago. Cutting and burning down the Amazon makes me want to cry. Amazon locals grow grains to feed cows for MacDonalds. And perhaps you. And me once upon a time.
There are close to four billion sheep, cows, and pigs globally, and we should not have them. But, nope, it isn't going to happen. People will not change, and only a force of nature will make that happen. And it will, and it's happening as I type these words; I knew one day it would.
I wrote a book about the end of the world, which sold out. I had trees torn down to write a book about the environment. I was helping to destroy and the very thing I want to help save. I have no kids, so why should I care? Well, because I do. I'm guilty too. I have done everything I can as an individual to do right, as many others have. There is just too much stupid in the world.
The world is only 24,901 miles around. And plenty of landmass for all humans. What we don't have is brain mass to pull it off. Stupid and greed keep getting in our way. Me. Me. Me. What about me?
Some people have devoted their lives to environmental causes, and I salute them. However, I have always felt that it would not do a thing. It is a global collective effort, and we will NOT change. Once civilization falls apart, and it is already starting. Nothing will ever be the same again.
Suppose we do not blow each other up, which is the likely scenario fighting over the few scraps left. Maybe we'll work together when there are only 500,000 people left, and there will be no place like Dome as that is what we may live under? Or a cave? Or just a bunch of fossils to be dug up five hundred million years from now? And start all over in a newer, cleaner world. But if we do not learn from the past, we are doomed to repeat it. We are only at the beginning of terrible. And most likely is too late from what I have read to get right with the world. Even if we turn everything off now, it may take a millennium to get on track.
We build bombs instead of feeding and caring for humanity. As a result, five billion people are going to die or more. I have been writing this for a number for years.
When I wrote in my comment that "my heart was not in it tonight," it was my way of saying; I wrote it all before, so why bother? But at least I tried. And all I'm doing now is creating more pollution with every word I type and send out to the world as it makes more carbon. So like every person born adds two more footprints in our race to bring it all down.
Alec Baldwin had five kids with his wife and now is using a surrogate for more kids. I think he has seven now? Some people have 19 kids because the Lord says go forth and multiply. To me, the Bible is just The National Enquirer from 2,000 years ago and full of crap, just like organized religion.
I'm picking Alec Baldwin because he cut and pasted a comment that went viral somewhat that I wrote thirty minutes after I posted it on a well-known Pro Dem site. Alec is a poster boy for stupid and is just another actor. But he is NOT original or intelligent. The best he can do is cut, paste and procreate.
There are some genuinely wonderful caring people globally, and they are a joy to be around. But, unfortunately, there is too much stupid and greed, which cancels out the good ones. Like the old saying, "a few rotten apples spoil the whole barrel."
The earth is like a Starter Planet for humans, like a Starter Marriage or a Starter Home. And that worked for us but is not a sustainable business model for the planet. The planet earth is all we have. We can go up to Mars, and maybe the reason aliens look like they do is that they ended up having to move to another planet that was not all sunshine and Lollipops like our planet once was. But there is always Earth 2.0, and if we do not do something drastic today, tomorrow will be too late. And we will NOT. Mother Nature the Ultimate Cancel Culture.The End.

My boat makes me happy. And it only needs wind to move. And I'm watching the sunset right now while sailing from Tobago to Grenada just over 100 miles, about a 24-hour island-hop, which makes me "happy." And one more thing that makes me happy; I am double Vaxxed. And I'm happy I don't live in Missouri. Happy now?
@Jolanta "I was happy before I asked you." You made me laugh more than anything I have read on Agnostic. Really! So thank you for that.

I have a question for you, if I may? Are you a psychiatrist? Have you ever met me? I know I have never met you because I like your name and would remember you! People, strangers, friends that have met me think I'm a "laugh factory" and the "funniest person" they have ever met as it is what I am all day by nature. And appreciate it as a gift and don't take it for granted. I do not use sarcasm to hurt others; they/we all are in on it. It is easy to be mean to others, and that is as rampant as the plague.
In general, I'm happy as I have my dreamboat, and I'm in a secluded area with great small home on the ocean with solar and backup generators. With a greenhouse for my passion which is growing food. And my boat has power winches, so I don't need crew to sail off into the sunset. And it has two "heads" on board with real showers, just like home. That was a must for my boat. I ride my bike when I'm on land, which is rare these days as land is diseased. And the sick are rampant. I worked hard to get what I have. Stupid scares me, so I try to avoid it. But, if there is one thing I have learned in life, it will be stupid that may bring it all down. And you can see this is happening now.
I worked for years and did not take one day off. And now I do as I please. I want to meet the lady of my dreams and will accomplish this year. And will meet her face to face as I am much better in person. I feel like I'm typing to a cyborg when trying to get a date online. Or that I'm a cyborg and is too impersonal for me. I try to be friendly, and it comes across as wooden at first. I'm just doing was I was brought up and always try to extend gracious mannerisms first. Or I can be funny as fudge right off. That works well, but I like in-person meetings. Not the best thing today.
I had to get my house in order so we can have a "happy" home together.
Writing is cathartic for me, and I get paid well for it. I love my job and consider myself to be the best in the world at it. And I tell my clients that too. But back it up with decades of "happy" client's bottom line stats. I make money while sleeping from other business interests too.
And I share it with children the world over as it is a passion of mine to help the less fortunate and vulnerable in this greedy, full of the stupid world. In general, I have realized the bigger the boat a person has, the greedier they are, and cheap as chocolate. They don't share the wealth with others that genuinely need a helping hand. Like children, and it breaks my heart to see kids treated so inhumanely.
So, I'm not allowed to express myself on here? As you so appley pointed out on this site. But, I appreciate everything I have and share it with others if I can. I do write all sorts of stuff and have to write what and how I feel inside at any given moment. Or I would not be me and do more harm than good. So your advice is off-base for me.
It is easy to be critical for many because it is their nature and mean-spirited, and I'm not that at all. Never will be. I do not criticize people here unless they come after me with unwarranted "poor" tasteless comments. Hypocrites and the perpetually stupid do not fence with me, or I will stick it to you. The nice guy ends there. Yesterday was an example of someone I blocked on here. Their Bio and comments were a lesson in contradiction. And then came after me with a stupid comment and unwarranted. I will not let them do it. Then sent me a message on here with the same tone. And the same stupid they excel at after warning me he would deliver severe devastation to me with words. Not his words verbatim as trying to shield his stupid and don't want to "name call." It was a disaster for them. Or as I like to call them now, a Troll Head.
I get paid to fix issues for major corporations in the world. My main job is to identify marketing weaknesses. And, of course, make them more money from my efforts. This message is NOT an example of my work; this is personal and another side to me. Like we all have. And I have not checked it for typos and such, which is human nature to make. When I work, I only have two scores, Zero and a Hundred. I rarely apologize and am 100% service-oriented. I fix the problem, not give excuses and being sorry is an excuse with no solution in many instances.
And even though I don't have to explain myself to you, I try to be courteous to all. And will go out of my way to keep the peace.

Jolanta. Danger Alert! Stay in bed all day and do not turn on anything with a speaker or screen. Do not read or talk to anyone if the world is not a "happy" place. And right now, it is not. And we are only at the beginning of terrible. And children are going to suffer, so I'm more concerned about making them "happy" if I can? However small that may be, as they are neglected and used in horrible ways.
Generally, I write "hilarious" stuff, I have been told and after decades of warnings from people that get paid to watch our skies. But, of course, the greedy and stupid did not care. Or they prayed to an Invisible Man made out of a rock or a piece of wood that does nothing, as you well know. And the only reason I love Agnostic, I can be me on here. I have been writing about future calamities and global events for years. And it is all unfolding in this writing. And this is my way of dealing with it. And it makes me happy.
You can permanently block me. And everything else too. But then I'm sure you'd feel even less "happy." I'm sure you're a lovely person, and I'd like to think I am a good person too, but I'm doing my thing, and you do yours. I get my best inspiration from others, and you have assisted me in these indevours. And I mean this statement. So thank you again; it is appreciated.
