That is so racist and good old christians don't even think it is. Do you know what Jihad really means? It does mean holy war BUT not like christians make it out to be. It means spreading the word of Islam - like christians go on missions to convert people.

Thank you for bringing it up in this way, @dangerman1973. A lot of misconceptions are there in the comments, and some really balanced point of views.

I'm thankful to people who are clear about how prejudice is used by the ruling elites to stigmatize groups of population to exploit their resources and to eliminate them or to reduce them to rubble like in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan.

What race is Islam? It's an ideology, not a race. If Muslims are stereotyped as such then it is their responsibility to reform their religion in order to make it stop.

I am not a fan of any faith-based belief system but the racism/xenophobia directed at muslims, especially the brown ones, in the western world is apalling. It even seems like Islam is selected for extra special condemnation on this site too. Everyone needs to remind themselves fundamentalist Hindus are killing muslims in India and fundamentalist Buddhists are killing muslims in Myanmar. Is this what you are getting at?
