"I love you, but I'm not in love with you" My translation of that is I'm a selfish and immature asshole and I have no idea what the f*** love is anyway.

"I love you too much." Two weeks later he was dating someone else. I guess he didn't have to love her.

The worst line I hear and hear all the time is "I can't help it - it is my genetics" (used as an excuse for their depression, alcoholism, obesity, diabetes, ect, ect) Why it is the worst - because it give the sufferer an excuse for doing nothing and just succumding to their fate and diseases.

Wow... I just move to another country or at least to another state. When my wife asked me for a divorce after 17 yrs, because of infidelity from my part, we were in Florida so instead of trying to work it out, I negotiated unacompany tour to Germany and told her to work out the legal separation and the divorce, 2 years later, we got divorced, my Dannish fling in Crete that cost me the divorce, came to see me in Germany, my 2 year German GF was terminated because I returned to CONUS and eventually she came to see me in Miami but I was not going back to Deutchland. My Ukranian GF I opted not to move to the west coast, my american GF in DC, I moved to Jacksonville FL. All ended with a friendly hug and a posibility to restore things since never was animosity. I am a Great EX by humanity standards. I am still in contact via FB with all. Only one that may Hate my Guts is the ex wife. But who's counting? ...or minding? Your heart must have and on and off switch. The right woman one day will melt the damn thing but until then... A escape route is in my pocket because a moving target is never an easy target. Of course me being me... Because I am in the area, I hang out and go dancing with my ex from DC but... I never go back or repeat. Once is over is over... friends or nothing. Funny thing, they all missread me, thinking I will go back to the Danish Flame, or to the wife, or the German GF, or this GF or that GF. I never go back to anything!
