I have not heard of any attempts to assess the specific damage caused by the spike proteins the body makes after getting vaccinated. Hopefully, the intramuscular injections limits the travel and exposure. Getting an actual Covid infection exposes you to these same spike proteins, but you have no control over how much the virus replicates, where it replicates, nor the amount of spike proteins that can inflame and destroy blood vessels (vasculature). It's true some people seem asymptomatic, but some asymptomatic victims have been found to have significant damage.

It is quite likely that a great deal more covid is going around without people knowing it. Vaccinated people could be spreading it without realizing it, just as un-vaccinated people do. We may well be getting boosters, but it is still inadvisable to seek covid out for such a ' booster '.

No, it's not, and it's much too early - while Covid is still evolving - to use the reasoning expressed in this article. Dr Finn's views in particular are an illogical reason not to vaccinate.

Vaccines are not a panacea. People can still get very ill after vaccination (and not just old and sick people), and some die, but not at the horribly high rate that the unvaxxed do.

No it bloodywell isn’t…! COVID is still a very dangerous illness to catch, with possible long term recurring medical complications. Dying isn’t the only serious consequence to getting this virus, even if needing a booster jab seems like it’s pain in the ass!

Luckily, that's not were the jab goes lol.
When we were kids and got sick out would come the pan of boiling water and syringe. We would then get a jab (in the ass) of penicillin. It was sold over the counter back then. Talking about this with my sister (now a nurse) and a friend (who is a PhD Nurse Practitioner) I was told I am probably immune compromised.

@JackPedigo No…I was getting carried away with hyperbole! 😁

Covid is never better. This is not a case of the cure is worse than the disease. Vaccines are the culmination of decades of knowledge through trial & error & replicated experiments. Trust the government on this issue at least.

It might depend on what it decides to do to you.

ha good point

lotta ppl getting rich selling vaccines, i guess

im hearing β€œsocial distance from your own children” now? :rolleyes

vaccines are awesome bc people are fucking stupid, and scared, having given up responsibility for their own health to symptom-treaters, imo. Iow, hate to say it, but ppl deserve β€œvaccinations”

Not quite. Piece of shit fucking Republican governors are getting rich on Reneneron stock.

@barjoe hmm you don't think any Dems are getting rich, joe?

(follow-up q do you really believe there are two distinct political parties in the US?)

@bbyrd009 Yes and Yes [miami.cbslocal.com]

@bbyrd009 What do you care? You're the superimmune guy. You'll never catch it.

@barjoe ha, deflecto joe...ok joe, you and the gov can talk like that if you like, ok, but why should I believe you when you don't even believe you?

@bbyrd009 I don't care if you belove me. I'm not proselytizing.
