In the photo, you can see Ladder118 at base of the Brooklyn Bridge, rushing to the World Trade Center. Every single firefighter on that truck died a few minutes later. 20 years ago. [allthatsinteresting.com]

I was working on E. 63 St. and Madison Ave. that day, 7 miles away from there. I can’t put it into words………you had to be there.

And we’re still waiting for the truth.....👀

These are really sad stories. It is hard to revisit them.

Yes, think I'm going to skip it all

I consider that attack to be comparable to Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941.

The attack on Pearl Harbor was carried out by the nation of Japan. The 9/11 attack was carried out by a terrorist organization.

@jlynn37 Made possible by regimes that harbored, trained and funded the terrorist organization.
I see it as a distinction without a difference

@dumasarok Japan targeted our military not civilians

@Tejas We were not at war with Japan on December 7, 1941. Many civilians were killed at Pearl Harbor that day also.

In my view both attacks were equally reprehensible.

They died doing their job.

They didn't sign up to be murdered by deliberate criminal action. As to your "they died doing their job" comment. Do you say the same thing about the convenience store clerks shot dead by stickup perps?
After all, they just died doing their jobs.

Your comment is multilevel reprehensible. Shame on you.

@dumasarok Troll much?

@xenoview Am I trolling too? Your comment is too soon. Be nice.

@barjoe I just ask him a question about trolling.

@xenoview I don't care if you're nice to him. I think you should be nice when referring those on Ladder118.

@barjoe They die doing their job. They are hero's who gave everything for their fellow human.
