@Trajan61 I think someone needs to read the constitution. Socialism is not Communism. Under 'we the people' our government is supposed to be there to aid the citizens. A government run by 'capitalism' (money) is called a Plutocracy. If one is actually able to think one would see that the western form of capitalism is nothing more than an extended Ponzi scheme. Without a resource base (called the environment) capitalism is dead.

@JackPedigo I’ve read the constitution. The founding fathers never intended for the government to become as big, bloated and corrupt as it is now especially when it comes to the democrat party. Hell in the last 20 years the democrat party has drifted sharply to the left with its big government schemes.

@Trajan61 And the republican party has gone so far, far right as to be fascist. It's the usual fight, fascism versus communism, except for the fact socialism is not communism. Europe has more of a socialistic system then we and it works for the citizens. The founders knew things would change but we didn't change along with it. The bloated part is our population and extreme 'diversity.'

@JackPedigo Socialism and communism are definitely very similar. In both only the ruling elite have most of the power and wealth. Excessive taxes and regulations are extremely detrimental to any thriving capitalistic society.
