Well duh, she has willingly chosen to use a part of her body on another man's junk. How can the husband stand that a. his wife saved his ass and b. she dared to touch another man's "no-no" stick. We can't have that hand hanging around, taunting the poor husband, can we?
Ugh. Gotta love the Bible. It’s like an extremely sick and twisted Stephen King novel except they think it’s true and we know that Stephen King writes fiction.
He does? I'm gonna have to rethink some things.
@Sookiesue I don't know that one. I stopped reading King after Gerold's Game or Rose Madder. When I can't keep up I just quit and it occurred to me that I was doomed to read only King for the rest of my life unless I gave up. So I did. Then came the internet and I don't read books anymore at all. Taking advantage of this before all the great free content goes behind pay walls. Then I'll go back to the books.
I've never really read much of the Bible and I thought I'd check out if it is true that the bible really says this. Sure enough:
[biblegateway.com]
Deuteronomy 25:11-12
King James Version
11 When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:
12 Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her.
and:
The bible and it’s abrahamic brothers are nothing but women hating odes to tribal male superiority and female exploitation. Anyone who can read that crap and not plainly see it, is seriously stupid.
thats plainly true. and youre plainly a supernumerary feminist pointing out the obvious for the thousanth time. for god sake, give it a rest
@holdenc98 I love it when angry, really, really, old misogynists pick me to insult out of all the other responders whose answers were more obvious, cliché, and mundane. It’s the best way to know who to block, bad spelling notwithstanding.
I was not aware of this instruction. Now, in the unlikely event this ever happens I know what to do.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
