Russia is pushing back against the sanctions in many ways. I think that means they're working.

I don't see Putin giving up this fast. He mostly wants that land bridge and Mariupal is standing in his way of getting it. Therefore, he's pulling all troops back into that fight. Then they will circle Odesa and take that. Once those objectives are achieved Putin doesn't need Kiev.

This was to be expected. It will be interesting to see how they handle it going forward assuming the Ukraine situation doesn’t change in the near future.

All over world news channels this morning that Ukraine has taken back their capitol and forcing Russia out. Dead bodies and booby traps along the way, and now the babies do not want to be in any space program with us on the space station. Also news that Russia bombed a Ukrainian oil reserve. Russian moms may get pissed soon. One government branding Putin a war criminal while certain ignorant assed Americans want to defend what Putin is doing. Very sad. Very sad world.

Broken link sorry.

Barjoe fixed it for me. When I go from Facebook I too frequently forget that I'm copying the Facebook link instead of the article link.

I hope Russia is left with room to bow out gracefully. Too much death and destruction. I couldn't get to your link. I think this is it. [engadget.com]

I can confirm that it is the same link.

From what I can see, Russia will not bow out gracefully until Putin's power is neutralised, and then possibly not even then.

Thank you

Bow out gracefully? How about just leave Ukraine and then go fuck themselves!

@Mofo1953 If they could leave with some concession, then they could lie and say that was their original objective all along. A diplomatic solution would be good. Multitude of Ukraine troops and civilians are dying. Ten thousand young Russian boys who don't even know why they are there have been killed. I'm the biggest Putin hater there is but this situation is not tenable. We don't want this to escalate into a world war. Crippling and destroying the Russian economy will also severely harm the US and thus the world economy.

@barjoe you're too alarmist. They will get the fuck out, mark my words, you'll see, they already have Crimea and the promise of neutrality from NATO.
