Republicans have always made themselves out to be the fiscally responsible ones. The reality is quite the opposite.

Reagan was a much better president than Obama!! I don’t know where your getting your information on the deficit but you are dead wrong about Obama!

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ you're such a kidder! 🀣🀣🀣🀣

I am a democrat, so I side with Obama but remember there are conservative groups on this platform where the hero and zero are switched. There are no universal truths in politics.

Ahem, excuse me, but here is a universal truth: Joe Biden won the 2020 election fair and square. It's the most observed, analyzed, audited, re-audited, scrutinized, and litigated election in human history, and the results all provide the same consistent message: Donald J. Trump is a loser!

Here's another truth, this one not universal, but damn close: the mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 are safe and effective.

Another: Critical Race Theory is not taught in K-12 public schools; it's a graduate-level college course.

Another: Donald J. Trump incited a mob to attack the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Shall I go on?

@Flyingsaucesir

No, don't go on..... because there really are alternate truths. They are truths to each side. Your truth is not the truth to the other side. What sells.... is the truth in politics. So, don't go on and enjoy your Friday evening. I am on first tequila so I am writing less.

Yeah, Obama came into office on the heels of the biggest financial meltdown since the Great Depression, inherited two hot wars (the one having been started by a Republican president under totally false pretenses) basically saved the country from financial ruin, and we ended up with a deficit that was only slightly larger than when he took office. A truly spectacular record of achievement! I don't even want to contemplate the disaster that that double-dufus, walking-brain-fart, Trump would have made of the same situation.
