Yeah. I've floated the thought that the best way to change the intransigent state political party is for liberals to move into red states and vote. I was told by many people how that can't be done b/c it involves moving. I guess the cons were listening, though, so oh well.
Actually, that could have something to do with why so many Red States are working so hard to change voting laws. This movement of “Yankees” into their states that could change some dynamics.
This November should be take a Democrat to vote month.
Unfortunately Democrats are a lot harder to get riled up than Republicans.
Good thing that didn't work in the 2020 election.
They are like plague-infested rats.
The Democratic voters vote Democratic politicians into office.
The Democratic politicians destroy the economies of the Democratic states.
The Democratic voters then move to Red States as economic refugees.
The Democratic voters then vote Democratic politicians into office in the Red States.
Five Red States with lowest unemployment:
Nebraska 2.0 1
Utah 2.0 1
Indiana 2.2 3
Montana 2.3 4
Kansas 2.5 5
10 Blue States with highest unemployment
Delaware 4.5 41
Connecticut 4.6 42
Maryland 4.6 42
New York 4.6 42
Illinois 4.7 45
California 4.9 46
Pennsylvania 4.9 46
Alaska 5.0 48
Nevada 5.0 48
New Mexico 5.3 50
District of Columbia 6.0 51
LOL, of course it's because of the Democrats! Not the fact that Nebraska, Montana and Utah have some of the smallest populations and California, New York, Pennsylvania, DC and Illinois some of the largest. Not because Alaska has little industry even though it has a Republican Governor and Kansas has a Democrat. And that isn't taking into account that Pennsylvania and other states have a majority Republican state legislatures. So maybe that's the problem?
@Barnie2years So you are arguing the economic success stories are not Red states and the economic disasters are not Blue States. Let's have a look at how they voted in 2020:
Nebraska 2.0 1 Trump
Utah 2.0 1 Trump
Indiana 2.2 3 Trump
Montana 2.3 4 Trump
Kansas 2.5 5 Trump
Delaware 4.5 41 Biden
Connecticut 4.6 42 Biden
Maryland 4.6 42 Biden
New York 4.6 42 Biden
Illinois 4.7 45 Biden
California 4.9 46 Biden
Pennsylvania 4.9 46 Biden
Alaska 5.0 48 Trump
Nevada 5.0 48 Biden
New Mexico 5.3 50 Biden
District of Columbia 6.0 51 Biden
It's not that we like Trump, it's that the economic policies of the Democrats are a disaster.
