Yes! Monthly! O wait.......I thought it said "waxed".....

too much waxing makes your eyes go bad.

The really useful Idea is for you to realize for yourself a fully tested way of avoiding the virus. Why are you wasting so much time "Just to be different"? We really just do not want to TELL you what to do.

Just got the latest booster

I don't understand what that person was trying to say, because she can't follow her own logic, or lack thereof. She's simply admitting she isn't educated and proved it by talking in circles.
Btw I'm vaccinated but am getting around to the second booster. I was confused by the website that couldn't process my status because I got the J&J; so I finally got a pharmisist on the phone who said don't worry about an appointment, come in any time for your second booster. She recommended Maderna for this one.

Correct

I have had all four shots and will get a fifth if needed. I have lost gwo friends and an ex-brother-in-law to the virus. One who ignored the early warnings to mask and keep his distance, and the other two were anti-vaxxers. Stupid kills.

I'm sorry you lost your friends. Yes, acting stupid can kill.

@AlbertSchepis Thank you.

The conjunction is wrong in the sentence. Should be: "My husband and I would be considered the least educated of our friend group, and THEREFORE we are the only 2 unvaxxed."

A consequence linking word is needed, not a contrasting one.

Also "The rest have bought into this entire thing BECAUSE... educated people know more and are protecting people by getting the shot."

Here it needs a causal linking word, not another contrasting one like 'yet'.

You're right, it is a mess. I got dizzy trying to follow it. I still don't know what she meant to say but a carnival ride isn't supposed to take you anywhere... so to speak. Right? I know she didn't mean that but that's what it was.

She did mention she is not well educated, and she demonstrated that pretty well.

I got my Covid vaccine as soon as I could in 2021 and my booster back in February. There are plenty of people in the world that are far more educated than I am... such as scientists and doctors... so it seems to me that I should take their views with serious consideration.

Gee, I guess we should stop vaxing people against Rubella, smallpox, chickenpox, measles, shingles, and a whole more that I just can't think of just now. That is to please the stupid. We live in a society and we do things to protect the population of that society. Go live in a cave if you don't want to participate. You could also drive on the wrong side of the street, go through stop signs and red lights. There are many things that we do to protect the other people we live around and that's the "price" for living in a community. Do you know how many rules that you "obey" every day that goes against your "freedom"?

VERY well put! Thank you!

Yes, I had two Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines followed by two boosters.

Here I am at 29 delighted to get my master degree diploma.

Stupidity is its own reward.

I was scheduled to get my first shot in early April when my best friend got COVID and was in the hospital for 6 weeks. He had not gotten vaxed simply because he was caring for a dying relative.
Since I had minor contact I had to wait 5 days before I could get tested (it was negative) and the full 14 days before I could get my first shot which was postponed till the end of April.
My friend's getting so sick - he did almost die - convinced his sister and brother inlaw to get vaxed. A good thing.
I've gotten both shots a one booster.

Yes,since March or April of last year.

7

That sounds like Trump supporters made that comment. Most of the anti vaxxers believe in the teachings of holy orange baboon.

6

Educated people know more?? Whodathunkit?

I’ve had 4 rounds so far. I’m a firm believer in vaccines and believe politics shouldn’t be considered when you make the decision to become vaccinated.

I totally agree with you. I trust the opinion of medical experts long before I consider the opinions of political pontificators.

6

Hard to argue with that...at least not in a way she would understand!

All I know is she's a risk just to be around, so even if she could manage an actual conversation I don't care what she thinks, that is if she can.

Triple vaxxed, thank you scientists!
