I honestly don't know how he death tolls are so low. Are these dudes just really inept? They are wielding one of the most efficient, effective killing machines we've created and yet only kill 10-20 people? Maybe that's why constituents in red districts don't pressure their representatives, because 20 dead children isn't that big a deal, especially when abortion bans are about to give us so many 'extra' disposable children.
The Uvalde shooting was just as racially caused as Buffalo. The Buffalo shooter was a racist, but the unwillingness of White police to risk their lives for Hispanic children caused the high death toll.
