Brain science has always been fascinating to me. My field of work focuses on the developing child, and how those who work with children between the ages of 0-3 yrs should see themselves as brain builders. As soon as I started getting deeper into the research, it naturally drew me to brain development throughout the life span. There is so much out there. What are some things you do to change your brain?

Communication is crucial with young children. I've encountered people who have the attitude that there's no point in talking to babies because they don't understand anything, so they don't expose theirs to language and then wonder whey their learning is heavily delayed.

Thats why you should teach a child another language. Teach them music. Learn how to play the piano. Its amazing how they will soak it up and be grateful later on in life.
