THis time the obstructionist regressive republican fascists can not lie and hide the fact anymore that the overtly over militarized police do not protect us or serve us anywhere in this country!!!

The police seem to only protect and serve the wealthy and their corporations!!!

Funny how they the Uvalde school and it’s police had no protective equipment!!!

The Uvalde police had live classroom and school active shooter breaching protocol training three weeks before this horrific cold bloody killing too place!!!

The Uvalde school police and the Uvalde city police overtly failed to do their absolute due diligence when it came to protecting those 4th grade school students and their teachers!!!

Funny how they lied about being in the hallway right out side the classrooms which became death cambers because they were too cowardly to storm the classroom death camber while they out numbered the cold blooded 18 year old between 5 to over 50 policemen to one!!!

The Uvalde police also had AR 15’s and other long rifles along with Flastbang and tear gas gernades to breach the classroom and possibly save at lease some of those 4th graders and their teaches!!!

The Uvalde school police and city police are outright cowards and deceitful liars!!!

Yet the Republicans in Congress are sticking with their brain-dead "good guy" argument, augmented with nonsense about too many doors.

The Uvalde police department is the poster child for defund the police.

There will always be a place for good policing. But too much has been piled on their plate. For instance, we should not be trying to solve problems stemming from poverty, lack of education, and mental illness by sending in guys with guns.

The Uvalde Schools Police obviously need new leadership.

@Flyingsaucesir that's what defund the police means. Take money from their bloated budgets to create programs to deal with the shit they shouldn't- mental health issues and homeless issues, etc

@JonnaBononna And that wording is a typically stupid Democratic misstep which plays right into the hands of the right-wing extremists. And they have used it to great effect, painting the left as soft on crime. Fox viewers never get into the nuance of "defund," i.e. help police by removing some of their burden. All Fox viewers hear is "the lefties want to do away with the police." And now it doesn't matter how many times Joe Biden says he doesn't want to defund the police; they don't believe him. They believe Tucker Carlson.

That is too accurate.
