A potential New Age, Darwin Award Winner, all that is needed is for the air bag in the steering wheel to go off in a fender bender and those crystals will be like the ball bearings in a claymore. It probably won't kill them but it's going to leave some nasty marks.

Buck up Buttercup, you're a tiger by the tail and a little ray of sunshine in so many lives. Lots of people care a lot about you, me included, so hang in there and ignore the ridiculous people who work so hard to make you work harder. 
@Pralina1 Every group of animals has a segment that is mentally deficient, they are usually the ones at the back of the herd that the predators pick off, it's just natural selection at work. In this case it is just actively at work.
Stay strong, a lot of people really need you and some of them are at the back of the herd but trying to work themselves forward, they just need a helping hand.
