I went to dinner with friends and they told me that they had decided to find out something that I really wanted and gift it to me for my second 79th birthday. Somehow they found out I wanted a kayak and now I have one. I am almost in shock.
They gave it to me early so I can have it for my birthday party where everyone's going to sign it. I have super cool friends.

Wow! What a fun gift! Hope your friends will also accompany you on your kayak trips! I love kayaking, it's so peaceful out there so close to water.

My lake is called twin lakes because there's another smaller lake with a canal between the two. I'll be able to kayak on the lake I live on early in the morning or late at night when there's not any wild boats on it. The other lake doesn't allow wakes and every Thursday night there's about 20 or 30 people who show up with their kayaks and they have something called a glow ride. I plan to join them until it gets too cold.

What is a second 79th birthday? Denial of the fact you are a beautiful 80 year old? Never do you need to deny your age. Rather be thankful and proud of how good you look and all that you can do that others, even much younger only wish they could!

Very few people would not realize that I am 80 when I say it's my second 79th. I was trying to say it in a fun way. I do have to admit it's not exactly something I was looking forward to. Regardless I am delighted to still be around.

Glad this happened to you but it could never work with me. I have electronic toys that most others do not know how to use, so they would be at a loss getting me something. OK, a hint is that I have a Firestick 4K Max but ALL of my junk and toys are on it. You have to be a developer and expand the program or nothing will fit.
