Tex-Mex all the way.
Jerk and roti are good too.
Szechuan curried noodles take honorable mention.

None of them

No real favorites. Just like food spicy enough for a kick, but nto so overwhelming that you can't taste the food itself.

Combination Biryani (or just seafood will do), Pad Thai and pretty much anything with curry in it.

I will go by ethnic category: Thai-Drunken Noodles (10), Portugese-Linguisa with eggs, Chinese-Szechuan hot pot, Korean-Bibim Naengymeon, Mexican-Cochinita Pibil (close tie:Al Pastor Pork). I am a hot-spicy food freak. I can eat chips and hot salsa anytime.

Chicken tikka masala. I would almost consider having a cow's digestive system implanted so I could eat it all day.

always a good choice

Currie paste, and its pretty easy to make yourself and healthy.

Thai and Mexican food. I lived in Mexico one semester plus my mom cooked Mexican food for my dad, who grew up in west TX, and of course I eat Thai food here in Thailand.

I can't eat the actual spicy Thai food, but a toned down version, that's still hot, but doesn't make me choke.

Curry

A better question would be what is my non-favorite spicy food. Super hot peppers would be the answer, but my son likes them.

Kimchi, hands down. I prefer the shredded kind, which can be put on hamburgers.

I got violently ill on kimchi when I was in Korea. Haven't been able to go anywhere near it since.
