Latest quilt and first try at a dragon. When my DIL first saw it (before the eye was added), she said, "That's dark."
I said, "It's supposed to be."
She asked, "Why an ax?"
I said, "It's a dragon!"
Before I added the eye I also separately asked my grandkids what the figure was, and they both looked at me as if it were a trick question and said, "It's a dragon."
My DIL said it looks like a dragon with the eye added, but I've dubbed it the "ax dragon."
