That said for my own peace of mind I take family or others that I care about differently. I make known my thoughts on
most subjects , but do not endeavor to force a change in thier understanding about life. I take them WHERE they are in the journey of understanding themselves.
Gillette appreciates " the guy knew I am atheist"- yet cared that I was missing info. He has no skin in the game and if rejected/ can walk away intact.

If he's saying "If you really believe, then put your beliefs 'out there' in clear view so that they can be seen and challenged" then I have no problem with that.

I had to really hunt to find the video to see what he actually said and in what context. I don't think he was endorsing proselytizing, so much as he was talking about one particular man who came to him afte a show to give him a bible, and who he believes was trying to act in his best interests.
