@Petter There was 4 times more co2 in the atmosphere during the age of the dinosaurs and it wasn’t a problem. If we’re so concerned about co2 why aren’t we building nuclear power plants which emit no co2. China is building 24 and we’ve only put 1 on the line since three mile island years ago. Hell it doesn’t even make sense to try to reduce co2 when we have and open border and overpopulation is the number one cause of to much co2! Idiots like you are the problem and will cause major hardship for future generations if your not stopped!!

@Trajan61 I don't know where you get your ideas and information, but a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
During the earlier dinosaur period CO² levels were indeed extremely high. Temperatures and weather also varied widely around the globe. In the 60° to polar regions plants thrived, and provided plentiful food for dinosaurs, etc. Further from the poles the earth was hot and arid meaning dinosaurs could not survive there. In fact, very little could.
The equatorial area tended to have bouts of monsoon rain and flooding.
Then, some 230 million years ago, CO² levels dipped and plant life spread into the previously arid zone. During the second stage of the dinosaurs, when CO² levels had dropped, they spread over the world and really flourished!
So if you and your ilk are happy to see huge swathes of the USA turn into desert, by all means burn the fossil fuels that locked up enough Carbon to make the world habitable, carry on.

@Petter With China burning over 1/2 the world coal were not going to make much of a dent in the co2 anyway. Why not address the issue of too much co2 by building reliable nuclear power plants and securing the border to keep the population down. To may people equals to much co2.

Of course, one could also solve the "too many people, especially immigrants", issue by simply nuking the countries of their birth!!
