I have always been into older women because I like the sophistication. Item number 3 will further back up this one.

I am a lifelong atheist and has I enter a phase where family and children are on the radar my lack of belief could be an impedement. Follow uo to my ever post She believes and I dont

I am technically a "milennial" which is a term thst I reject to define me. I can drive to and from work without having to check my text messages, call someone to keep me company on my commute, I don't have snap chat, fb or instagram. On birthdays I send am actual greeting card and call not send a text message. I have been trying to date my contemporaries but its a struggle. They lack the sophistication of an older women behaviour snd conversation....and of course if it has potential to go further then the believe part comes up.
P.s call me old school but my personal preference is that women should dress like women and be feminine.
Is there a contemporary atheist sophisticated women out there that has more to discuss than what so and so posted on instagram?

It's a struggle out there in dating world. Younger men want older women, because let's face it we are cool. But older men want younger women. Hang in there, keep looking and keep an open mind on what you really want.

Some older women are very cool. Some older men are . But quite a few are way set in their ways.
Not all old men want younger women. Now it's the time to use an ironic expression for a non-believer like my self... "God forbid" a younger woman!!!!, what would I do to keep her happy??????? (Yes, I am talking about sex) Now at my age I crave company, not sex ?

@Bigwavedave I think both genders can be set in their ways but older women were raised in that era when women had to compromise most of the time. Now either we keep it as a learned behavior or we rebel big time

Don't apologize for liking older women. women don't apologize for the age of their men!. I get congratulated for the age of my man ! He is 10 years younger. its misogyny....by any other name (or spelling which I believe I got wrong). Just meet someone you like. be normal. do things for her. If your into women who look like women (thats how I will take your comment on dressing like a woman) - then I suggest that's the women you talk to. women are always into men who express interest in them and have good conversations. its really not rocket science

Most men don't care about the age of people that other people date. That criticism of age difference for either gender comes from women. That is a fact. ☺
Perhaps you want to revise your bio-says you are here for community. Post some pics-older women are visual-lol. BTW my last serious relationship was with a guy 25 years younger than me. Many of my friends are younger than me.

The farthest distance between ages 26 years for me. Yes he was the younger one. Personally I don't want to go there again because it was just not on the same level.
Was not the case for me-Geoff was a political science professor at Tufts University. He has held a position at Brookings Institute, a govt think tank for past few years. He has remarried and we remain good friends. We were on a sapiosexual level.

You are my new hero. Because here's the thing. I keep getting older, but that does not change who I find attractive. Like my daughter's friends. I mean, she's 28 now, no 29, so it's not like they're illegal or anything. But my high school daughter has some good looking friends, too. I mean, I'm not trying to date them, but damn.
Best strategy is to find out where the cougars hang out in your town. Usually there's a gym, a coffee shop, a bar, or something. Ask around. They're not going to care about what you do or don't believe.

Short sighted statement. As a "cougar" in my last few relationships I do care about someone's profession. I am also Sapiosexual-my e was teaching poli-sci at Tufts when we met 7 years ago and currently works at Brookings in DC. I am a political junkie.
