So my sister and I have been streaming an early 1990's TV show on Amazon called "Northern Exposure". It takes place in Alaska, and is pretty surreal, funny and interesting.

Anyway, in the opening credits they show a moose. As we started the sixth season, my sister announced she decided the name of the moose was "Miles". I was leaning towards naming the moose "Geroge".

Just a bit of weirdness I thought I'd share...

A very quirky show. I tend to prefer quirky.

Yeah, that is what I like about it.

Fun show, though the last season was kinda lame since the main character left.

they do put on miles

I guess that is one way to look at it.

I myself tend to avoid moose, as they tend to stomp people ... or was that elk? Anyway, best to avoid large animals in the wild.

@snytiger6 they would both stomp you to death if you weren't careful moose are very good at kicking. i hunt both of them have never had a problem
