I drink water. I've never been a coffee drinker and I only drank iced tea. I guzzled diet sodas until I started having heart palpitations on a regular basis and changing to caffeine free did not stop them. Aspartame seemed to be the culprit. I went cold turkey on the soda and though I craved it for a year, I don't miss it now. The only sugar I have is in food I buy. I use stevia on my oatmeal.

Coffee, tea, and cola stains the teeth, too.

I'm a coffee slut. Cheap is fine with me. Best coffee in the USA is at Waffle House.

Weaned myself off of dairy so I now take it black & decaf. Decaf tea unless I want to run around for hours & talk faster & with more verve than usual. Earl grey, Constant Comment sometimes mixed with green tea.

I drink my coffee with almond creamer and 1/2 tsp. of raw sugar. I have to force myself to drink organic green tea with raw honey, because it's good for the heart.

I drink both coffee and tea but not every day. Black coffee is not for me. I still have it mit milch or maybe half and half.

I only drink hot tea when I'm sick. I like ice tea in the summer. Drink my coffee by the gallon. Hot black Americano or espresso. Ice coffee is a big never. I'm with Ted Lasso tea is "liquid garbage".
