It's believed to show early symptoms of his Parkinson's disease. That being said, wouldn't surprise me if Trump was abusing drugs. He does not appear to live a healthy lifestyle.

That would explain the sniffling and the rants. I've heard about his Adderal use. It's surprising that he hasn't had a heart attack or stroke by now.

Perhaps he could be encouraged to increase the dosage.
It doesn't surprise me. He's rich, he wants to think he is something important. He's subpar as a human being, but the money and the drugs make him feel special. I'd love to know what his valet knows.

No, you really wouldn't, remember this is a guy who Hoovers up entire burger kings and KFCs as a snack and is incapable of wiping his own backside.
I don't know what the modern equivalent would be in the Whitehouse or Trump tower, but in Ye Olde England the fat useless tyrant kings had a servant known as "The Groom of the King's Close Stool" to deal with this intimate "Problem"
