They are, but they aren't. If they try and deny that's their agenda too loudly, they will lose their fanatical Christian Right. If they keep their radical anti-choice push, they will lose independents and many Republican women. Tough choice for a group that doesn't like to make changes in their speeches.
Right you are. The problem is that their fallback position if they lose an election is not get in line behind majority rule; it's use violence and intimidation to take power by force. That's what the whole election denialism movement comes down to.
The GOP is digging themselves into a deep grave.
