Well, we hope it's going to land on them. But if they succeed in tearing down the justice system, then we are left with rule of the gun. The country would descend into a dog-eat-dog hell run by competing criminal gangs. We can only hope that these AR-15-toting militia shitheads do not heed Trump's calls for massive political violence. (We already have political violence at a slow simmer. Hopefully it does not boil over.)

@Flyingsaucesir The Right Wing is doing their very best to turn the country into a version of South America, where the only way the government changes is by coup or uprisings and instead of states we have warring countries. Strong men slaughter their opponents and the monied class rule by default.

Well we hope he feels conflicted. If he doesn't, then there is little chance of appealing to reason and de-escalating before things get really out of hand.
