Since it is not possible to prove that God does not exist, agnosticism is a conclusion. Atheism is a belief.

I think the statement is referring to not using "faith" in one's conclusions.

Atheism is "nothing", meaning non-belief. Trying to put a title and/or added definition on "nothing" seems silly to me.

Try saying that to all the imbeciles that insist that atheism is a belief. See also "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist" by Turek and Geisler.

My friend who now owns the local funeral home tells me he doesn't have enough faith to be an atheist. We became friends with my dad's passing but I see his "faith" remark as some vestige of wanting "pie in the sky." Atheism is a conclusion. For it to be anything else we would have to have declarations and tenants of just what we believe exactly and then it would become another religion. Is bald a hairstyle?
