Try saying that to all the imbeciles that insist that atheism is a belief. See also "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist" by Turek and Geisler.
My friend who now owns the local funeral home tells me he doesn't have enough faith to be an atheist. We became friends with my dad's passing but I see his "faith" remark as some vestige of wanting "pie in the sky." Atheism is a conclusion. For it to be anything else we would have to have declarations and tenants of just what we believe exactly and then it would become another religion. Is bald a hairstyle?
That's interesting. A conclusion. A conclusion would indicate or mean the final part to something. That would imply one couldn't change their mind once arriving at atheism. I know others that went from atheist to spiritual besides myself so it's a thing. Really makes a lot of sense if you think about it. I mean wouldn't a person need to renounce religion prior to adopting the spiritual path? it makes sense the the progression would go for many from religious to atheist to spiritual or maybe one is at religious or atheist or have always been atheist or spiritual. Everyone is different and takes different paths. But to get back to the point, I would say like all 'understandings' it is a n island in life. Perhaps we stay there, perhaps we don't.
Way to completely lose the context of the word conclusion and then redefine the word and spin it into your own word salad. What you illustrate is the manipulation you are doing inside your own mind to reinforce your own beliefs.
