I'm not sure I understand the question. It's not at all easy to nail a cagey bastard who is well versed in the legal system and has money to spend on lawyers. Yet a grand jury indicted Trumpty Dumpty on multiple felonies, and a trial jury convicted him!

He's also been found liable in civil courts for bank fraud, tax fraud, insurance fraud, defamation, and rape.

Remember, Al Capone skated on multiple murders and many, many other serious crimes. In the end, they could only nail him for tax evasion.

I think New York is doing pretty well so far.
