The fist pumping and exposing himself while there was a possibility there could be another shooter lead me to think this was well planned in advance. He was never the target. The kids high school friends said he didn’t make the team because he was a lousy shot. Nicking Trumps ear was just a misfire, he was trying to kill spectators.
