Pretty good list! I would just add my favorite, the secular translated "serenity 'meditation:'" May you find the serenity to accept the things you cannot change, the courage to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Translation: The key to stress management is to stop banging your head against the metaphorical brick wall of problems out of your control, Instead, invest your energy into causes and issues you CAN positively effect. Your return on investment will be infinitely superior.
